Forged washer head bolts are widely used in the pole line industry. These bolts feature an integrated washer forged beneath the square head, providing an increased bearing surface for improved load distribution. To protect against corrosion, they are typically supplied with hot-dip galvanized finishes and square nuts.
Washer head bolts are manufactured with standard thread lengths specified for pole line fasteners, making them generally longer than standard bolts. For easy and efficient installation, a semi-cone point is included at the threaded end.
Manufacturing
7EBB manufactures high-quality washer head bolts in diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 7/8″, produced in accordance with ASTM A307 Grade A specifications. These bolts are forged with a square head and feature a large integrated washer surface beneath the head for improved load distribution.
All manufacturing processes, including hot-dip galvanizing, are performed in-house to ensure consistent quality, durability, and corrosion resistance.
